ARTIST ENTRY FORM

We are in the process of taking in art for this upcoming event. Each artist can display up to 6 pieces of their own style art, as well as sell smaller items in gift shop. The exhibit will be open during all “Arts Experience” operating hours. We do not charge for display space, we only ask a 15% donation on any sales.
Please fill out registration form and return by SEPTEMBER 27th. Sooner if you would like to be listed in some of our promotional media. (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE YOUR ART READY WHEN YOU SEND IN YOUR REGISTRATION.... ART WILL BE DUE BY OCT. 4.).
